At The Crafters Bench, every item is specially made with care. Because many of our products are custom or made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Order Accuracy & Shipping
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to make changes once the order has been processed.
Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the courier.
If There’s a Problem with Your Order
We understand that mistakes or damages can happen during transit, and we want to help!
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery at thecraftersbench24@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and packaging
- A short description of the issue
We’ll review the situation and do our best to offer a fair resolution.
Please note: We’re unable to assist with issues reported after the 2-day window.
