Processing Time

Every order is prepared with care.
Please allow the following timeframes for us to create, package, and dispatch your order:

• Ready-Made Items: 1–10 business days (Monday–Friday)
• Custom or Personalized Items: 1–14 business days (Monday–Friday)

Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery typically takes:

• 1–7 business days (Monday–Friday)

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier’s schedule. Any delays caused by the courier are unfortunately outside of our control, but we’ll always do our best to assist where we can.
